Free Domain Names - No Catch!

Free Domain Names - Seriously!

We have all been to the web site hosting companies that offer a free domain name. You know the ones, that make it sound like you can actually get a free domain until you read the fine print, just to find out that you need to pay for a monthly hosting account for the next 2 years. These sites may offer a decent value, but I have always been kind of annoyed by there misleading advertising. I promise you that this is hub will deliver on it's promise - 100% Free Domain Names!

If you are looking for a great domain name and you are interested in getting it for free, you don't have to jump through any hoops, fill out any surveys or even buy hosting. I ran across this site a while ago and I have been taking advantage of their free domain name service for some time now. I think that they offer an amazing service and I thought that there is no reason not to share a good thing. So I will explain how this totally free domain name service works in further detail below, if you don't want to read all the extra info, just click the link below to grab your free domain right now and get our of here.

Get Your Own Short Domain Name Instead Of A Hard To Read TinyURL

Use Your Free Domain To Shorten Existing URLs

You can use your free domain name to shorten any existing web address into a much more friendly url in a snap. If you are constantly using services like tiny url or other URL shortening services, you can actually download this cool app that allows you to create short urls on the fly. The best thing about these short urls, is that they are an actual top level domain, not a domain name with a hash of numbers and letters at the end. These will really stand out and if you are using twitter to promote your followers will not believe how many domain names you own. It will be our little secret that you didn't have to pay for them!

Your Free Domain Names Can Be Used On Your Own Hosting Account!

Free Domain Names Can Be Used On Your Own Hosting

You don't have to use your free domain name to redirect to another url. This may be the most popular way to use this awesome service, but there is no reason that you cannot use these 100% Free Domain Names to build a new website on your existing web hosting account or a new web hosting account. You can add your own DNS servers to point your free domain names to, so you can do pretty much whatever you want once you register your free url.

If anybody needs help getting their domain setup with their own hosting, just drop me a line or comment below and I would be glad to help you get things setup and working correctly.

I beleive that they are using this as a promotion to make the .tk extension more popular. All I know is that I have about ten websites up and running all on free domains. You should give it a look, there really is nothing to lose and they really are free!

Sure thing no problem, easiest way is to jump over to my site here: http://webmasterbusinessplan.com/free-domain-name/

On this page you will see a small image in the center of the page that has a flash video playing, when you hover over it you will here an ad start playing, just click it, this will take you to a screen in the same window where you can choose the domain name you want. You can then use add an email address and create an account or simply make the new domain point to an existing domain name. I have been registering bunch once I added my email to make a real account.

The only catch that I have found is that you have to have at least 90 unique visits in a 90 day period to keep the domain active, otherwise it goes back into the pool. However, if you are going to do anything with the domain, that is really a low traffic level to hit, matter of fact, I just tweet the domains about once a week to make sure they stay active or simply add them to a traffic exchange, to keep em free for life.

Just some ideas, let me know if you have any problems and feel free to contact me with the contact page on the site referred above.

Cheers,

Nick

Really appreciate you taking the time to explain things out here, Nick!

To see if I understood the whole concept of free domains with this service, I chose the referring site option.

http://ultimatepotential.tk opens up by blog page at http://ultimatepotential.blogspot.com

But this does not drive traffic to my blog right?

What if I do not want to use this referring option, how does that work?

Once again I appreciate your support with this! :-)

Hey no problem at all :-)

The domain name itself will not produce new traffic to your site, but it does give you an opportunity to drive more traffic to your site. You can link back to this new domain name and it can get ranked separately in Google, but still sending traffic to the same site. This is one way you can use it for more traffic.

Well, now for the other domain options you need to have given it your email so you have a real login to manage your domain, I hope you did this...

Then you can simply login to the site and go to "my domains" and and choose modify domain, from there you can use your own hosting to do what ever you want with the site, you can install wordpress, joomla or whatever CMS you like on the domain and really make it your own. If you need a cheap host, you can grab a plan with me at http://alienserv.com

Here is a domain that I am currently self hosting using their free service and I am actually starting to get some serious traffic here and have barely got anything on the site yet : http://webhostingreviews.tk/

This does sound a little confusing after reading over it all....Let me make a video and post it on here for you, I think that would be much more helpful and others would be able to see what this site is all about too.

Talk soon,

Nick Simpson

Yes Nick I did register with my email address.

How do I install wordpress/joomla/CMS on the domains? This is really starting to excite my interests with Internet Marketing!

Yes Nick, the video would be a great way for me to have a better understanding about this concept!

Also one more thing Nick, I want to get my own .com doamin and have a good hosting package, but I do not want to spend too much on the designing. Would you be able to guide me with that?

My Blog is my first baby and I have been doing much research to understand social media and drive traffic to it.

My main aim here is to earn income from the internet through various sources. I may not be aware of certain ways, maybe you can help me understand more about it. I do have a Google adsense account, but it seems to be going at a slow pace.

Nick, I know I am asking for alot of your help here, but I need someone to help me understand more about earning from the internet as I am serious about it ever since I have come to know about it's potentials.

Appreciate your help here and look forward to learning from you :-)
